TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By dealing with us, either directly or via Ebay you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
SOFTWARE -
We offer no warranty what so ever with any software ordered. Software is non-returnable in accordance with the strict licensing of these types of product.
COMPUTER COMPONANTS -
We offer no guarantee whatsoever that any item is compatible with your system. The fact that you cannot get it to work on your computer/don't have the right slot for it/haven't got the right drivers for it, is not our fault, please do not expect us to pay for your mistakes.
Auction buyers -
If you are buying via Ebay, please do not bid if you have negative feedback (i.e. less than zero). If an item has a reserve set we will not reveal how much it has been set at, please do not waste our time and yours by asking this. We reserve the right to cancel any bid at any time without explanation.
UK BUYERS -
All items are guaranteed against DOA (unless otherwise stated in the description) but carry no further guarantee beyond this. UK bidders can pay by either cash, cheque, or Paypal. UK Buyers to pay cost of postage & packaging. If insurance is required it must be requested and the buyer will meet the cost. We do obtain proof of postage for all items shipped. When paying by Paypal there is a charge of 50p per transaction.
NON-UK BUYERS -
Sales/bids will only be accepted on the understanding that any item will be sent to an address in the UK. All items will then can be forwarded by you or a friend at your expense, if there are any customs complications these are nothing to do with us, we have enough hassle without dealing with them. All items that are for forwarding out of the UK are sold as-is (if it is not so already). Payment from outside the UK will be by cash (Pounds Sterling sent at your own risk), Bank Cheque (in GBP drawn on a UK account), or by Paypal. (In GBP). When paying by Paypal there is a charge of 50p per transaction.
AUCTION BUYERS -
All payments MUST be received within 7 days from end of the auction, failure to do this will result in the sale being cancelled, a non-paying bidder alert being sent to eBay, and immediate posting of negative feedback. There will be no exceptions to this condition.
Do not bid if you cannot meet all of these conditions.
ALL BUYERS -
All payments MUST be received within 7 days. There will be no exceptions to this condition (I'm sorry but if you bid and then go on holiday or your system crashes and you have not backed up your e-mail's that's not my problem). Please ensure that if you need to make special arrangements for paying (Cannot pay within 7 Days) Then this must be arranged and agreed by us before you bid. It is not acceptable to win the Auction then say you cant pay until after the 7 Day period.
Do not bid if you cannot meet all of these conditions.
PAYPAL
Due to the bank charges incurred from Paypal each transaction carries a 50p charge. Buyers who forget to add the charge will need to send the 50p charge + another 50p transaction charge. NO GOODS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE.
NON PAYING BIDDERS
All Non Paying Bidders will be sent to a debt collection agency. This means that a third party through the courts if necessary will recover the debt. They will also put a charge on top of the amount owing to cover recovery charges.
